FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of preserved food for dietary meals. The preserves are prepared as follows: carrots, celery and parsnip roots are cut and browned in vegetable oil, onions are cut and blanched, green onions and parsley are cut and frozen, meat is cut. The listed ingredients are mixed with salt without oxygen access. The resultant mixture and meat-and-bone broth are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
