FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves excising proximal portion of injured pancreas. The main pancreatic duct is sutured and pancreas tissue of the proximal portion with omentopancreatopexy. The distal portion of injured pancreas is excised. The main pancreatic duct of the distal portion of the pancreas is drained using catheter. The drainage is brought outside through the medial wound. Distal part omentopancreatopexy is carried out suturing pancreas tissue to achieve complete hemostasis. The acute stage being stopped in the abdominal cavity, pancreaticojejunostomy is carried out. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment in the cases of complete transverse pancreas rupture. 5 dwg
