SUBSTANCE: said machine comprises ultrasonic generator, acoustic unit, waveguide tool with a radiating face directed to sounded tonsil, applicator with an interchangeable funnel connected through the applicator centre to the waveguide tool, diverter cock, medicinal solution feed and withdrawal system, and electrical ejector. A bearing case of the applicator represents an integrated element made of ultrasound-reflecting polymer material with its inlet conjugated with a receiving cylindrical segment of the waveguide tool. Herewith said bearing case of the applicator comprises a retainer screw made of ultrasound-reflecting polymer material and inserted into the relevant groove on the receiving cylindrical segment of the waveguide tool.

EFFECT: simplified design of the machine with improved environment of palatine tonsil sounding, possibility for single application.
