FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing oral pharynx mucosa to low frequency ultrasonic radiation first as ultrasonic treatment of lacuna and parenchyma of faucial tonsils with antiseptic solution containing ozone passed through it , next, with antidiphtheric antitoxic serum. Then low frequency ultrasonic contact treatment of injured areas of mucosa and their impregnation with antidiphtheric antitoxic serum are carried out. The next step is low frequency ultrasonic radiation treatment of oral pharynx mucosa and respiratory tract with aerosol flare of antidiphtheric antitoxic serum supported by concurrent ozone supply. Ozone as gas component is additionally introduced into antiseptic solution and/or antidiphtheric antitoxic serum solution at a dose not exceeding the permissive concentration threshold when doing ultrasonic radiation treatment of oral pharynx and respiration tract.
