FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: gaseous reagents 18 are input to the pulp layer 14 consisting of the firm catalyst particles suspended in the air. Reagents react during passing up the layer form the liquid and gaseous products. On the first stage of filtration 30 the liquid product passes through filtration media having the weep holes with control size x micron (for removal of big particles - x micron). The primary effluent containing the particles close to this size and the small catalyst particles undergo the secondary filtration 64. The precipitate of the catalyst particles is formed on the filtration media and primary effluent elements are back-flushed with secondary filtrate.
EFFECT: exclusion of the irreversible primary filter blinding during the filter back-flushing.
