FIELD: separation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of separating, based on a fluidized bed, cooling water used in the process of converting methanol into olefins. Method includes the following stages: (a) separating the liquid and solid phases of the cooling water by means of a microcyclone separator to remove coarse particles entrapped by the cooling water; (b) secondary separation of settled layer of liquid from microcyclone separator by means of separator with fluidized bed for removal of residual particles from cooling water with its subsequent direction into a device for separation of olefins as a low-temperature heat source for recuperation of part of residual heat of cooling water, and then, after heat exchange, returning the cooling water to the cooling column; (c) after a period of time of continuous operation of the separator with a fluidized bed, regenerating the separating medium in said separator by feeding purified water from the light substances stripper or cooling water back to release the catalyst particles adsorbed by the separating medium; and (d) directing the concentrated catalyst suspensions from the microcyclone separator and the fluidized bed separator to a pressure filtration unit for dehydration by pressure filtration to extract the catalyst. Invention also relates to a method of producing olefins, a fluidized bed separation device and an olefin production device.
EFFECT: proposed invention is a simple and effective method of treatment for elimination of bad effect of separation by existing methods.
