SUBSTANCE: actuating element includes at least one plunger, which is mounted providing an axial displacement opportunity at least in one cylinder, and confining at least one chamber of the cylinder being loaded with the medium pressure, and also at least one adjustable stroke rest, which restricts the plunger stroke and/or is kinematically linked with the slave plunger. In the actuating element there is provided displacement motor-drive for at least one stroke rest. Invention provides filling machine with torsion type actuating element with several filling sections formed on the rotor periphery, each of them being equipped with the filling element, operated actuating element described above, and with the filling valve.
EFFECT: rests' adjustment time decrease.
