FIELD: production processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas thermal spraying process, namely, to methods of heat-resistant coat plasma spraying, and can be used in production and repair of aircraft engines, power engineering plants, as well as gas and oil and electronic industries. The proposed method comprises spraying metal and ceramic powders by plasma generator to produce a sandwich coat consisting of metal and ceramic layers. Spraying is performed on feeding the powder through one orifice and moving the plasma generator, relative to the part, in direction complying with that of powder feed. A layer of carbides or carbide-based allows make the ceramic layer. The spraying over, surface hardening of the coat is effected by impregnation with thermostable liqueur unless a continuous film is formed.
EFFECT: higher coat adhesive and cohesive strength.
