FIELD: wear-resistant coating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for applying a wear-resistant coating to a part of a power gas turbine plant. Pre-treatment of the sprayed working surface of the part is carried out. Then the working surface is preheated to a temperature of 150-200°C with an air-plasma jet of a plasma torch without supplying the sprayed material, by moving the plasma jet along the entire established trajectory for subsequent spraying of the coating using the method of high-speed atmospheric plasma spraying using a direct current electric arc plasma torch. The specified coating is applied using a powder material of the composition 80 wt.% of Cr3C2/ 20 wt.% of NiCr, with a particle size of 15-45 microns, with a ratio of plasma-forming air flow rate to the flow rate of sprayed powder material of at least 1.75 to 1, arc current 168-172 A and flow velocity of sprayed particles at least 1200 m/sec.
EFFECT: ensures an increase in the adhesive and mechanical strength of coatings and their wear resistance to mechanical stress.
