FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: turboprop gas turbine engine incorporates turbo compressor with compressor, combustion chamber with outlet communicating with the turbine. Electric generator is built in the turbine. The motor fitted on the shaft shared with the air screw is arranged ahead of the compressor. Electric generator is fitted on the turbine stator, while the system of permanent magnets of electric generator is fixed on the turbine blades. The windings of electric generator are arranged in the casing whereto the air cooling system is brought to.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability.
