The device contains programmable digital control unit 1, pulse signals generator 2, first amplifier 3, stable electro-acoustical transducer 4, magnetostriction acoustic line 5, stable electro-acoustical receiver 6, movable electro-acoustical receiver 7, first acoustical damper 8 and second acoustical damper 9, first shaping amplifier 10, controlled threshold voltage source 11, second shaping amplifier 12, second amplifier 13, rectifier 14, analogue digital converter 15, time interval indicator 16.
EFFECT: improvement of linear movement measurement accuracy.
