The device incorporates pulse generator 1, amplifier 2, first and second electroacoustic transducer 3, 4, magnetostrictive acoustic duct 5, first and second electroacoustic receivers 6, 7, first and second damper 8, 9, first and second comparator 10, 11, reference voltage first source 12, pulse shape 13, optical radiation source 14, photoelectric converter 15, voltage multiplier 16, amplitude detector 17, visible spectrum transmitter 18, visible spectrum receiver 19, amplifier-shaper 20, first and second spectrum IR-band sources 21, 22, first and second spectrum IR band receivers 23, 24, third and fourth comparators 25, 26, reference voltage second source 27, comparator circuit 28, time interval meter 29. Additionally, a device design version is proposed.
EFFECT: higher accuracy, reliability and noise immunity of linear motion measurements.
