FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: laser device for measurement of object surfaces separate areas deviations from referent direction consists of sequentially installed laser, optical device of referent laser beam formation and beam-splitting mirrors arranged along measuring line. Beam-splitting mirrors are tilted towards referent direction and partially reflect referent laser beam. The difference of the device is that light-diffusing screens are installed perpendicular to laser beam reflected from beam-splitting mirrors. The screens are optically adjusted with light-sensitive surfaces of coordinate-sensitive elements by means of object lens. Coordinate-sensitive elements are connected with coordinate-sensitive devices. Note that after reflection from light-diffusing screens and diffusing laser beam goes through beam-splitting mirrors and gets to object lens.

EFFECT: structure simplification, improvement of measuring accuracy.
