SUBSTANCE: invention is related to communication engineering. When number is vacated by previous subscriber, it is placed in data base called "reserve fund", which includes available (non-suscribed) telephone numbers. When calling side dials number from reserve fund, suggested device intercepts this call and attempts any number of possible actions. In one version of realisation invention automatically directs calling side to the new number on the basis of data base, which stores new number of previous subscriber, or directs calling side to message, which gives to calling side option to connect to current number of previous subscriber or provides this number.
EFFECT: provision of routing address information.
