SUBSTANCE: present invention is related to video-telephone system, in which possibility to transfer and receive visualised moving images at basic radio communication station is provided by use of mobile communication terminal (terminal of PHS or PDA system). Video-telephone system, comprising the following components: mobile communication terminal, which is able to transmit and receive introduced moving images and speech data into basic radio communication station; autonomous basic station that operates to receive mentioned moving images sent to mentioned basic radio communication system and received from it, on the basis of communication protocol that is used between mentioned basic station of radio communication and mentioned mobile communication terminal; and monitor that operates to reflect moving images received by mentioned autonomous basic station.

EFFECT: possibility to realise video-telephone communication with high-quality images using camera installed in mobile communication terminal.
