SUBSTANCE: invention is related to accelerating equipment and may be used in creation of induction cyclic accelerators of industrial purpose. Method of induction acceleration of charged particles consists in generation of magnetic filed increasing in time, injection of charged particles in it, acceleration of particles by induction electric field and withdrawal of accelerated particles. Magnetic field is generated with average value of magnetic induction, which is much lower than value of induction in orbit. Sign-changing gradient of magnetic field is generated in orbit with index of field, which is much higher than unit (intense focusing). Charged particles are accelerated by impulses of induction electric field with duration of impulses, which is much lower compared to time of field growth in orbit and is equal to half of particles circulation period with frequency of pulses repetition, which is equal to frequency of particles circulation and amplitude ΔU=ΔBvR0, where: ΔB is growth of induction per time of single circle, R0 is orbit radius, v is velocity of particles.
EFFECT: increased average power of accelerated charged particles beam.
