SUBSTANCE: time-constant dipolar magnetic field is generated, where the spatial configuration of the dipole field is determined by the azimuthal length of the dipole sections, which enables, in the entire range of accelerated energies, to have small orbit deviation from the orbit with maximum energy in the dipole and have coinciding orbits outside the dipole. Charged particles are injected into the dipolar magnetic field. The particles are accelerated by an electric inductive field with pulse frequency which is a multiple of the orbiting period of the particles in the cyclic accelerator and the particles are output from the accelerator.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the design, reduces the cost of making and using the accelerator.
