SUBSTANCE: invention relates to packing industry. Preparation of preserves with tofu and broccoli roast comprises cutting and sauteing bell pepper, onion and garlic in the vegetable oil, cutting and sauteing broccoli in the vegetable oil, freezing couched soybean, cutting tofu, mixing all the obtained components with tamari, sherry, salt, starch, ginger and black pepper in vacuum, pre-packing obtained mixture and drinking water, pressurising and sterilising.

EFFECT: deriving new preserves with increased absorbency level.
