Production method of beef stuffed with garlic and salted pork fat includes cutting and frying in melted fat potatoes, blanching and cutting carrots, cutting and freezing runner beans, browning wheat flour and mixing under oxygen free conditions the listed components with sour cream, acetic acid, sugar, salt, hot black pepper and bay leaf to obtain garnish, cutting beef, stuffing with garlic and salted pork fat and frying in melted fat, packing beef, garnish and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: obtaining new canned food with improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
