FIELD: food industry, tobacco.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of tobacco offals recycling. Method provides for extraction of cherry marc by liquid carbon dioxide with corresponding miscella separation, mixing of tobacco material and liquid carbon dioxide, its extraction and mincing along with periodic depressurisation of extraction mixture below carbon dioxide vapor pressure at extraction temperature, partition of miscella and extraction cake, unification of obtained miscellas, extraction cake suspending in water solution of edible acid, introduction of potable polyatomic alcohol to suspension, its forming, drying till residual humidity 13-15%, cutting, impregnation with mixture of miscellas with simultaneous pressure boost, depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of absorbed carbon dioxide and its subliming with obtaining of end product.

EFFECT: decrease of process technology duration and obtaining of reconstituted tobacco with improved organoleptical properties.
