SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology and can be used in surgical treatment of patients with chronic otitis media. Essence of method lies in sanation and reconstruction of middle ear elements, evacuation of contents from post-operation cavity. Drainage of tympanic cavity and natural fistulas of tympanic diaphragm with two silicon tubes with incisions is performed, one of the tubes is installed in specially formed bone bed in region of anterior-inferior angle of external acoustic meatus under meatotympanic flap. Second silicon tube with incisions is placed in such way that its distal end protrudes outside in region of inferior angle of parotid cut, and proximal end drains cells of heart-shaped process, antrum, aditus and attic. Through one of the tubes in middle ear cavity solution of medication - antiseptic, mucolytic, antibiotic, enzyme or their mixture is supplied, through the other - active aspiration of contents by means of medical suction device is carried out simultaneously.
