SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for mixing liquid non-homogeneous mediums, can be used in chemical, construction and other manufacturing sectors. The mixer contains a vertical case in the form of a hollow cylinder, mixing device, branch pipe for supplying cement-sand mixture, airtight cover, branch pipe for supplying water and air, and drain branch pipe. Mixer consists of an electric motor, mounted on the cover coaxially to the case, and is connected with a muff through a bearing block with a shaft, on which coaxially, with a variable step are located intermixing disks with elastic intermixing elements. Branch pipe for supplying cement-sand mixtures is located on the case at an angle to its axis. The bottom is spherical. Elastic beaters are located on the internal surface of the case.

EFFECT: increase in productivity during the obtaining of non-homogeneous gas-filled homogeneous systems like foam-concrete and forming of optimal cellular structures of foam-concrete stone.
