SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production, and in particular to a method for preparing a feed-medicinal mixture in a turbulent flow. The method is characterized in that a primary premix is ​​obtained, which is poured into a grinder-mixer for the preparation of secondary premixes, and a filler is added. Using a rotating double-sided blade, the mixed mass is captured, pressed against the working grooved surface of the disk, crushed, diffusionally mixed and evenly thrown out along the entire perimeter of the inner spherical surface of the ball crusher-mixer body for preparing secondary premixes, lifting the mass upward, where under the action of pressure from above and vacuum from below, the flow enters the upper part of the spherical screen of the grinder-mixer, made in the form of a Laval nozzle attachment, the height of which is equal to 1/3 of the radius of the spherical body, and the forming surface of the nozzle is inclined to the vertical axis of the spherical body at an angle of 10°, and is pushed through a confuser with a diameter at the edge of the nozzle equal to 1/6 of the radius of the spherical body, creating turbulent motion in the volume of the spherical screen particles and convective mixing of components. Then the flow passes through a diffuser with a diameter equal to 1/3 of the radius of the spherical body, located in the lower part of the spherical screen, and is directed into a gap of 0.6-1.2 mm, located between the blade of the blade and the notch on the working surface of the hearth disc for diffuse grinding of the mixed components. The mixing process in the grinder-mixer to obtain secondary premixes is carried out for 90-100 s. The resulting secondary premix is ​​poured into a large ball mixer, a filler is added and, using a rotating double-sided blade, the mixed mass is pressed against the notch on the disc, crushed, mixed by diffusion and uniformly thrown around the entire perimeter of the inner spherical surface of the large ball mixer, lifting the mass up, where, under the action of pressure from above and vacuum from below, the flow enters the upper part of the spherical screen, similar in design to the spherical screen for obtaining secondary premixes. The mixing process lasts 100-120 seconds. The finished feed mixture is unloaded into a container.
