FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering field and can be used at treatment of machine components blank by cutting with feeding of solid lubricant (SL) on grinding wheel. Device contains tank for SL and installed in its bottom section thermal element. With tank and thermal element it is connected temperature control device TCD. Inside the tank case it is located mixer. There are provided also nozzle, device of compressed air operation, control means and pipeline system. Tank for SL is heat-insulated and in its bottom part it is installed device for blending of molten SL in the form of tube with calibrated orifices. Mixer is implemented in the form of case with installed in it tube for feeding of SL. Nozzle - detachable in the form of threaded bush and is installed in case.
EFFECT: consequently it is improved operation reliability of device with providing of application of SL with different melting temperature and there are refined treated surfaces.
