FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at treatment of blanks of machinery by cutting with feeding of solid lubricant (SL) to grinding wheel. Device contains tank for SL and thermal element installed into its bottom part. With tank and thermal element it is connected temperature control device of SL. There are provided mixer, pipe for supplying of SL to mixer, nozzle, electrically isolated from tank and mixer and included into electric circuit, and also device for preparation of compressed air, control unit and system of pipelines. Device is outfitted by installed in mixer head for pneumatic draught of jet of molten SL, heating tank, air dispenser and pipeline for feeding to mentioned head of heated air from heating tank.
EFFECT: increased reliability if device operation and improved treated surfaces.
