FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to optimised operation of railway transport. System for control of system (50) of railway transport comprises the first processor connected to the first level of railway transport system, and the second processor connected to the second level of railway transport system. The first processor provides the second processor with working parametres of the first level, which define working characteristics and data of the first level, and the second processor provides the first processor with working parametres of the second level, which define working characteristics and data of the second level. Every processor is arranged with the possibility to optimise operation at its appropriate level, being based on working parametres of the first level and data, and on working parametres of the second level and data, depending on optimisation of railway transport system optimisation parametre optimising. Levels might represent level (100) of rail road infrastructure, level (200) of railway network, level (300) of train, level (400) of stock and level (500) of locomotive. Parametre of system optimisation is at least one of the following parametres: fuel use, economic estimate of cargo delivery time, previously set changes of conditions.
