FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to operation of railway vehicles. It is proposed to associate of the train parameters, i.e. fuel saving, decreased emissions and load, with network data to adequately update network info in time during train haul. Train haul is divided into multiple sections with common crossings to calculate train operating parameters proceeding from those of the other trains in network for determining optimised parameters at definite section. Additionally, optimised parameters are compared to current operating parameters to vary train parameters in compliance with optimised parameters for, at least, one current section and one next section.
EFFECT: optimised operation, fuel savings and/or reduced emissions.
