SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices meant for loading and unloading fluid media in open sea, for example liquefied natural gas. The device contains several turning elements (3, 4, 5) and a system for moving fluid medium, made with possibility of connecting the device to the source of fluid medium or storage of the fluid medium. The device is mounted on base (2), and the system for moving the fluid medium is mounted on one of the turning elements (3, 4, 5) or joined to one of the turning elements (3, 4, 5). Turning elements (3, 4, 5) rotate about each other so as to hold the system for moving the fluid medium in a given position, relative the base (2).
EFFECT: invention reduces tension in the device when moving the system for moving fluid medium.
