FIELD: treatment facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used during cellulose nitrates production by periodic, continuous or combined technology. The method of waste water cleaning from cellulose nitrates provides for waste water collecting, desired product extracting from the said waste water and product returning back to production process. Finally, the product is treated to finished product quality. The waste water resulting from the production process is subject to preliminary and final cleaning against process stages. Pre-cleaning is performed as one-stage process. At the end the extracted product is returned to treatment to the same process stage as a water suspension under concentrations to 10-50 kg/m3. Final waste water cleaning, i.e. after-treatment is conducted in two stages. The water suspension extracted at the first stage under concentrations to 3-6 kg/m3 is returned back to the own process stage, whereas the other water suspension extracted at the second stage is mixed up with waste water to be supplied to after-treatment. Applying cleaning method under industrial conditions will increase waste water treatment effectiveness to 97…99%, sharply reduce irretrievable losses of cellulose nitrates and minimise their entrainment by waste water into environment. In addition, the above method provides for waste water recycling under industrial conditions in any amounts.

EFFECT: invention allows for producing low-quality cellulose nitrates in the form of separate trapping batch and improving quality of cellulose nitrates and economic feasibility of production process.
