FIELD: production processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to moulding technology of large size figurine-shaped ceramic products from aqueous slips. Moulding kit for large-size figurine-shaped ceramic blanks includes water-absorbing matrix, iron core, units for their relative coaxial installation and in-feed. Water-absorbing matrix and iron core are performed in such a way that at their coaxial relative installation there should be a gap with width changing by height. Relation of gap width in lower part of moulding kit to gap width in its upper part is within 1.10 - 1.15 for cylindrical or conical ceramic blanks and from 1.16 to 1.40 for ceramic blanks of spherical form.
EFFECT: simplification of kit structure for moulding of large size figurine-shaped ceramic blanks.
