SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials. The clay-phosphate material, which contains clay, iron-containing metallurgical wastes with 5-7% residue on sieve No.008, containing iron (II) oxide and orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm³, contains Cambrian clay and additionally waste sand and gravel mixture with particle size smaller than 0.6 mm, with the following main composition, wt %: SiO₂ - 70.6, Al₂O₃ - 9.1, TiO₂ - 0.6, Fe₂O₃-1.9, FeO-1.4, CaO-5.3, MgO- 2.0, BaO-0.1, Na₂O, K₂O, CO₂-3.2, P₂O₅-0.2, H₂O-1.7, SO₃- 0.1 with the following ratio of components, wt %: Cambrian clay 55-56, said iron-containing wastes 11-12, said waste sand and gravel mixture 15-16, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm³ - the balance.

EFFECT: higher frost-resistance of the material.
