FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used in production of building blocks in industrial and civil construction. Clay-phosphate material contains 43-45 wt.% loam, 4-6 wt.% of iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide, with residue on sieve No. 008 7%, 25-27 wt.% of titanomagnetite ore dressing wastes, orthophosphoric acid with density of 1.25 g/cm3 is the rest. At that, titanomagnetite ore dressing waste contains, wt.%: SiO2 – 43.12; MgO – 21.18; CaO – 14.75; Al2O3 – 8.70; Fe2O3 – 4.35; FeO – 3.95; TiO2 – 2.02; Na2O – 0.90; MnO – 0.14; P2O5 – 0.12; K2O – 0.10; Cr2O3 – 0.67.
EFFECT: high strength of the clay-phosphate material while maintaining water resistance.
