FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to creation of antifriction materials based on polymeric binding agent and can be used in machine manufacturing for applying friction knots over parts operating in high load conditions and at high temperatures. The composition contains, wt %: molybdenum sulphide, modified epilam at the weight ratio 1:(2-3)-20-25 and polyvinylbutital lacquer - the rest. Epilam is a solution of fluororganic surface active substance in solvent.
EFFECT: decrease of friction rate, increase of wear resistance and thermal stability of antifriction compositions in the high load conditions and high temperatures.
