FIELD: lubricants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-temperature solid-lubricating compositions used in friction units at friction temperatures up to 400°C in air. Composition of invention comprises 30-70% molybdenum disulfide and 30-70% graphite impregnated with organofluorine surfactant-containing epilam at weight ratio 1:(2-3). Preparation of composition involves preliminarily drying graphite at 100-110°C for 4-5 h followed by treatment with organofluorine surfactant-containing epilam at weight ratio 1:(2-3) by way of impregnation during 20-24 h, drying of resulting product at room temperature until complete desiccation, thermal fixation at 100-110°C for 2-3 h, and mixing with molybdenum disulfide in indicated proportion.
EFFECT: increased wear resistance of friction units under heavy-duty conditions.
