FIELD: lubricants.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-temperature solid-lubricating compositions used in friction units at friction temperatures up to 400°C in air. Composition of invention comprises (i) 30-70% molybdenum disulfide modified with organofluorine surfactant-containing epilam at their weight ratio 1:(2-3) and (ii) 30-70% graphite. Preparation of lubricating coating involves preliminarily drying molybdenum disulfide at 100-110°C for 2-3 h followed by treatment with above-said epilam at weight ratio 1:(2-3) by way of impregnation at room temperature for 10-18 h, drying of resulting product at room temperature until complete desiccation, thermal fixation at 100-110°C for 2-3 h, and mixing with graphite in indicated proportion.
EFFECT: increased wear resistance of friction units under heavy-duty conditions.
