FIELD: textile fabrics.

SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of fibers, combing, formation of fibrous canvas, preliminary strengthening of fibrous canvas on needle-punching machine aggregated into single technological chains with combing and moulding machine and further treatment of previously fixed canvas on separately standing machine of "Malimo" type. At that fusible fibers are introduced into composition of material - polypropylene or bicomponent fibers with further thermal fixation of material at the temperature from 150 to 180°C.

EFFECT: provides for manufacture of isotropic materials with close mechanical characteristics in longitudinal and transverse directions, increased mechanical characteristics of materials and efficiency of equipment.
