FIELD: textile fabrics.
SUBSTANCE: invention may serve as base for production of construction, finishing and other similar materials. Method for manufacture of nonwoven needle-punching material reinforced with mesh, which includes production of the first and second nonwoven layer, location of glass fiber mesh between the first and second layers, glasing of assembly produced by the first, second layer and one mesh of glass fiber, addition of binder and drying of assembly. At that prior to glasing assembly that consists of the first, second nonwoven layer and mesh is previously needle-punched for the first strengthening. Besides the first and second nonwoven layers are formed in the form of longitudinal and transverse webs produced after tillage of initial fibrous raw materials, mixture emulsification, its souring, formation of webs in combing machines and insertion of glass fiber mesh between webs, are repeatedly treated with needle-punching. Prepared material is leveled by means of stretching prior glasing with further impregnation with binder and thermal fixation, afterwards material is dried and processed in cold calender.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of method for production of nonwoven needle-punched material with simultaneous provision of high consumer properties of material.
