FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of construction materials, namely to the production of fibrous materials used in construction as a basis for bitumen membranes ("euroruberoid"), as well as insulating, filtering or structural pad when constructing foundations of buildings, highways, laying railroad tracks, erecting hydraulic structures, constructing sports grounds, etc. When developing new structures of non-woven needle-punched material, it is necessary to take into account such factors as cost and availability of raw materials, cost and availability of equipment for the production of needle-punched material and other market requirements. Therefore, the aim of the claimed technical solution is to reduce the cost of producing the material and, therefore, its cost, as well as to increase the uniformity of the structure of the canvas and the uniformity of structural and strength characteristics along its length and width, which will expand the functionality of non-woven needle-punched material. Goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the invention, canvas is made of alternating webs consisting of fibers of different linear density, differing not less than 1.4–2 times, webs can be made both of primary, and recycled polyethylene terephthalate, whereby fiber in the webs can be oriented both along the axis of the material and across the axis of the material.
EFFECT: reduction in the cost of producing the material and, consequently, its cost, as well as increase in the uniformity of the structure of the canvas and the uniformity of the structural and strength characteristics along its length and width.
