FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the integrated measuring instrument for use at sampling and the analysis of analysed substances, in particular glucoses in liquids, such as blood or interstitial water. The measuring instrument contains a puncture agent, the gauge and the cartridge of testing strips located in one modular case. The testing strip cartridge includes a pile of the testing strips suitable for carrying out of the electrochemical or photometric analysis of the sample of blood. The integrated testing device automatically submits and has testing strip and forms a puncture site. Blood is transferred on the testing strip from a puncture site, and the gauge automatically analyses the blood sample after the testing strip takes the sample from the puncture site.
