FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to medicine and can be used for control of measurement of blood and tissue fluid indices. Device contains base, puncturing means, attached to base and having puncturing head, installed with possibility of projection from first hole in base. Puncturing means has possibility of cocking and descent for puncturing skin by means of puncturing head. Cavity for test-strips ensures alternate projection of test-strips through second hole of base into position for analysis. Shutter tightly closes first and second holes in base and is able to move into second position with opening first and second holes for projection of test-strip in position for analysis and bringing puncturing means into working position. Method of measuring blood and tissue fluid by means of device consists of, at least, two stages. Shutter is brought into second position for obtaining access to first and second means and for bringing first and second means into working position. First and second means are brought into action, when shutter is in its second position, and shutter is returned into first position.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to exclude contamination of means for analysis.
