FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for sampling blood, containing: a holder for receiving a sample source with an actuating section and a hole. The engagement section of the container is attached to the holder. The collection container is attached detachably to the engagement section of the container. The container defines a collection cavity. The engagement section of the container enables rotation of the collection container between a first position wherein the collection container is spaced from the hole and a second position wherein the collection container is in fluid communication with the hole. Disclosed are an alternative method for manufacturing the apparatus for sampling blood and a tray for retaining the components used to sample blood.
EFFECT: ensured collection of a blood sample, stabilisation and dosing thereof in a controlled way.
