SUBSTANCE: genomic DNA is extracted, polymorphism of interleukin genes IL1b T>C31 and TNFa - G>A308 is determined and the prognostic coefficient Y is calculated according to the formula Y=exp(2.54+0.19*X1+12.28*X2+0.07*X3+0.63*X4+2.43*X5+1.97*X6)/(1+exp(-2.54+0.19*X1+12.28*X2+0.07*X3+0.63*X4+2.43*X5+1.97*X6), where Y is the probability of premature delivery development , X1 is polymorphism of the interleukin gene IL1b T>C31 (0 is normal homozygote or heterozygote, 1 is mutant homozygote); X2 is polymorphism of the interleukin gene TNFa - G>A308 (0 is normal homozygote or heterozygote, 1 is mutant homozygote), X3 is the patient's age (years), X4 is bad habits (smoking) (0 - no, 1 - yes); X5 is presence of miscarriages and premature delivery (0 - no, 1 - yes); X6 is presence of abortions (0 - no, 1 - yes). With the prognostic factor value of Y>0.5, premature birth is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides prediction accuracy of more than 84 percent by taking into account individual anamnestic and genetic data of patients.
