SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering and may be used in different power supply units for radio equipment. To achieve technical result provided by the invention, the second output (14) of the stabiliser is coupled with emitter of startup transistor (15). The collector of the said emitter is connected to the output pin (2) through the third resistor. The base is coupled with the common output (1) through the second resistor (12). The point of capacitor (14) connection with emitter of startup transistor (15) is linked with diode anode (11) with cathode being coupled with common output (1).

EFFECT: wide functional possibilities while preserving automatic startup of stabiliser during short-term intervals of input voltage outage.
