FIELD: information technology; subway.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system of distributing information, mainly in the subway, has a system of transmitting and displaying information in the train set, which has terminal audio and visual devices. The system is provided with a central information station, a fibre-optic communication channel, which connects it with at least one subway station, which is fitted with at least one media converter and a wireless access point. The system also has a wireless access point, connected to a computer control panel of the train, through which communication is established on a radio channel and information is exchanged with the wireless access point of the station, at which the train set is arriving or located. Distributing amplifiers and extra step down power supply units are fitted in each wagon, connected to the computer control panel by a composite multi-coaxial cable communication line and connected to corresponding terminal devices. The computer control panel is made with possibility of installing and/or replacing a magnetic carrier of information storage and connection of at least one terminal transmitting device.
EFFECT: possibility of on-the-fly loading of any type of information into the computer control panel of any head car of an underground train, as well as transmitting information in the reverse direction in the time the train stops at a station.
