SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway vehicle wireless communication means. Car number automatic identifier comprises registrator unit including ARM architecture processor, GSM modem, GPs receiver and FLASH memory connected to power supply. GSM modem is connected to GSM external antenna and ARM architecture processor. GPS receiver is connected to GPS/GLONASS external antenna and ARM architecture processor. FLASH memory is connected to ARM processor. ARM processor generates the signal including car number and its geographical location and sets signal transmission time. Besides said processor controls additionally the technological board including digital indicator and control controller.
EFFECT: expanded operating performances.
