FIELD: communications.
SUBSTANCE: minimisation of mutual interference between carriers, and the dynamic range of the receiver can minimised by using a power control loop, which keeps the received power within a pre-set range in relation to the minimum level of noise. This reduces requirements for power amplifiers. If the received power exceeds the pre-set range in relation to the minimum level of noise in assigned subcarriers, and the total received power is minimal, the dispatch system assigns an extra communication channel subcarrier. Also if the received power, in relation to the level of minimum noise, is less than the minimum pre-set range, and the total received power is at maximum, the dispatch system frees the subcarrier from the communication channel. The dispatch system can also regulate coding speed, so as to maintain relatively constant speed of characters in each subcarrier.
EFFECT: minimisation of the mutual interference between carriers, as well as minimisation of dynamic range.
