SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a composite material which can be used in various fields, where it is necessary to provide protection from external factors or there is a risk of ignition, destruction, loss of resistance or functional damage, as well as absorption of electromagnetic waves, for example, in construction, industry, transport, nuclear industry, military, aviation and space fields, and a method for production thereof. Material contains at least three layers, each layer consisting of a base and a filler. Base is pre-treated, for example, by pores opening, perforation. Base is made of materials selected from a group comprising a polymer or a polymer resin, metal, alloy of metals, fiberglass, organic plastic, boron-reinforced resin composite, carbon fibre, a carbon-carbon composite material, cermet, gel, ceramics, reinforced concrete, concrete, gas silicate or fibrous material. Base material of one of the layers differs from the base material of the other layers. Filler contains at least one substance selected from a group comprising rubber, polymer, resin, water solution of alkali metal silicate, as well as curing agent, stabilizer. Filler, if necessary, contains various additives selected from a group comprising a solvent, a fire retardant, a pigment, a modifier, a plasticiser, flexibilizator, microspheres, dispersing additives, impact and heat-resistant additives, additives of metals, alloys of metals, ferromagnetic additives, gas-filled microspheres, special additives.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a lightweight material which is resistant to external factors, environmentally friendly and easy-to-manufacture composite material.
