FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to agriculture. The method consists in optimisation of harvesting terms, in determining sums of daily average temperatures from the moment of sowing to the phase of budding and in evaluation of amount of precipitations, in calculation of hydro-thermal coefficient for the period of emerging of the first true two-three leaves to the phase of budding, and in calculated forecast grain production. During the budding phase of plants there is calculated amount of branches on each plant and amount of buds on a stalk and branches on control allotments multiplied by five and on 1 m2 of area. Forecast grain production is calculated according to formula: by which potential grain production of soya beans is assessed.

EFFECT: method facilitates evaluation of potential production at introduction of perspective grades of soya beans at cultivating in irrigated and non-irrigated farming.
