FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method includes optimisation of harvesting terms, establishment of daily average temperature sum from the beginning of stems vegetation of licorice up to the moment of budding, calculation of hydrothermal coefficient for the period of appearance of natural first two - three leaves on stems up to the moment of budding and determination by estimation of forecasted seed production. In prevernal period in tangle or on plantation of licorice there are laid by method of "cover" dynamic pads. Dimension of pads - 1 m2. From the horizon 0 - (0.5-0.7) m it is extracted root mass. During budding it is determined average number of innovation shoot with inflorescences at adjacent sections with dynamic pads, amount of branches of the first and the second sequence with buds. Forecasted seed production of licorice is defined by formula: , where y- forecasted seed production of licorice, kg/ hectare; N - average number of innovation shoots, pcs/hectare; b1 - amount of branches of the first sequence with buds at one innovation shoot, pcs.; b2 - amount of branches of the second sequence at innovation shoot, pcs.; Zb - amount of beans on inflorescence, pcs.; ηfr. - coefficient, allowing number of full-grown seeds of licorice in beans; Zc - average number of seeds in one bean, pcs.; m3 - mass 1000 pcs. of seeds of licorice, g; Ggp - hydrothermic coefficient of growth conditions of licorice from the pemphigus bines appearance moment up to approach of the first freeze at preceding period, mm/°C; Gm - hydrothermic coefficient of vegetation conditions of licorice at forecasted year up to the moment of pemphigus bines up to appearance of buds on caulis, mm/°C; α - coefficient, allowing influence of age of licorice association for seed production; a- coefficient, allowing bedding level of underground water during budding; β - coefficient, allowing existence of pollenisers during licorice inflorescence; τ - coefficient, allowing damage rate of licorice seeds by agricultural vermin.

EFFECT: rising of results significance of seed production forecasting naked licorice.
