SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. Canned food is cooked by raw onions cutting, blanching and chopping, beef, pork and beef raw tallow cutting and chopping, white bread soaking in drinking water and chopping. The listed ingredients are mixed with egg yolks, table salt and hot black pepper to obtain cutlet mass. The mass is formed, coated with wheat white breadcrumbs and fried in melted butter to make cutlets. Greenery is cut and frozen. Fresh green peas are frozen. Wheat flour is sauteed in melted butter. Green peas, herbs and table salt are mixed under oxygen-free conditions. Cutlets, obtained mixture and sour cream are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
